With the vibration measurement tool and our ability to mobilize quickly, Brighton Engineers are able to get out into the field immediately to measure any piping configuration.

Before the engineers head into the site, they familiarize themselves with the layout of the piping configuration. Each measurement point is identified beforehand, so they know what to look for at site.

When the engineers reach the site, they are able to execute the plan quickly and efficiently, because all the measurement points were pre-determined.

Once all the data is collected, the data will be input into our Vibration Analysis software. This will allow us to identify the maximum frequency of the pipe, and compare it to its natural frequency. If the maximum frequency is judged to be too high, recommendations will be made to lower the vibration in the piping configuration.
